This is the first step in losing the weight successfully. Many things can finally trigger a person to lose. For some it can be as simple as not being able to fit into an airline seat or not being able to participate in family functions. These things often rate higher than a doctor telling them they have type 2 diabetes or a heart condition.
Your success compared to reality show success:
You can have the same success as far as the contestants but at the end and not on such a dramatic weekly basis. You should expect to lose 2-3 pounds a week and not 5 or more. This is because the reality show had a 24 hour staff, trainers and a gym so they were more well set and better supervised than you will be even with a personal trainer–they were under the complete control of the show in order to be able to participate.
Cheryl’s tips to getting the scale moving:
This is a great way to lose weight fast. Get rid of all the white breads, flours and white rice and replace it with whole grains and oats etc.. this is the number one weight gainer out there even compared to sweets. Also replace the white potato with a sweet potato.

The average male or female will follow a 1200 to 2400 calorie a day method. This is taken in with more food than beverages. The two main beverages is water and skim milk. The foods would be lean protein such as fish and chicken as well as five cups fruit a day and multiple vegetables of a good variety like green leafy vegetables.
Cardio is always the main event of the day and resistance training of at least an hour. This is really all a person needs. When you watch reality shows its more like “their” reality–not yours.
